In order to provide the best customer service possible, we offer free return shipping on your FIRST ORDER. We also offer shipping labels for $8.99 (only valid in the lower 48 states). WELLNESS BLVD will happily accept returns and exchanges provided that they are in NEW and UNUSED condition and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please Note:

  • All items must be returned to us in brand new condition. If there are signs of use (scent, dirty, animal fur, scratches, etc.), the product(s) will not be accepted, and the package will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 
  • Please do not ship back in damaged shipping boxes. 
  • Any product that has been used, or tampered with will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. 
  • All items must be returned within 45 DAYS of receiving the product. 
  • All sales are FINAL on FLASH SALE and CLOSEOUT ITEMS.
  • Shipping is non-refundable and will be omitted from the refund. If your original order qualified for free-shipping but if items returned cause the order value to fall below the free shipping minimum, a flat rate of $10.00 US shipping will be deducted from the refund.

First Product Exchange

Free Label Covers: All Creams, Face Masks, or Wellness Blvd Apparel Only.

If an article of apparel does not fit correctly, Wellness Blvd will be happy to send you a free shipping label. Only one shipping label will be provided per order/customer. Please contact or call 1-775-393-9860 for your free shipping label. Note: Free labels do not pertain to returns for refunds. Return for refunds are subject to label fees.

Return/Exchange with a Prepaid Label

At Wellness Blvd, we offer a discounted shipping label (valid lower 48 states). Please contact or call 1-775-393-9860 to purchase your shipping label. You are also welcome to handle the return shipping on your own. If you choose to do so, Wellness Blvd will not be responsible for any damage or loss of return shipments, so we recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. Wellness Blvd offers shipping discounts for the following prices: 

$8.99 US — Small orders of 1 to 25, Casual/Apparel items.
$18.99 US — Medium quantity orders over 50 


Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used on the order. You will be emailed a receipt once the refund has been processed. Refunds will post back to the account after 3 business days from the processing date. Gift card and expired credit card refunds are subject to store credit. Please note that shipping is not refundable. 

Standard Return/Exchange Process

Wellness Blvd will gladly exchange current and unused items in their original packaging within 45 days of receiving your order. Closeout and Flash Sale sales are Final. 

  1. Place the item back into its original packaging. *Key: please send the item back in a way that you would want to receive it for the first time*
  2. Email us at for the returns form, fill out the form, and place the completed form inside the box with the items being returned or exchanged. We will need this form to identify who the package belongs to! 
  3. Please drop the package off at your local USPS/UPS at your convenience to ship the package back to Wellness Blvd. 
  4. Once your return is received and inspected by our returns specialists, your refund or exchange will be processed. 

Return Policy

All returns go directly to Wellness Blvd and not where you purchased it from. Our returns department will assist with the return process. Prior to sending back any returned items please contact our returns specialist at or by phone at 1-775-393-9860. Our returns specialist will require pictures of the defective products as well as a statement from the customer regarding the condition of the defects.

Return Process

  1. Contact our returns specialist about your return at or call 1-775-393-9860.
  2. Once our returns specialist receives required information, they will give you a RA (Returns Authorization) number. Once the number is received, our returns specialist will contact you and send a call tag providing free shipping for the defective products.
  3. Upon receiving the product, a replacement will be sent back to the customer free of charge.
